Jungle roots.
Heavyweight sound.

Deep roots.
Forward motion.

Fonkah is a DJ and producer delivering big, funky, heavyweight drum & bass. Blending dub pressure with neurofunk precision, his sound moves through twisted atmospheres and earth-shattering basslines, driven by relentless, bombastic breaks.

Pushing the sound forward since the ’90s, Fonkah has helped shape the underground drum & bass communities of Atlanta and San Diego through decades behind the decks, in the studio, and as the longtime host of Schedule One Radio.

With over 100 releases across dozens of labels, he continues to push the sound forward as label boss of Sun & Shadow Recordings and owner of Schedule One Recordings. His current chapter pairs new releases with Free Tune Friday—a weekly connection to the listeners and DJs who keep the music moving.
